Leslie Sue Perry

Hello, my name is Sue Perry. I teach Language Arts here at EMES. I've been teaching the fifth grade for four years. I received my B.S. in Design from Radford University in 1992 and completed the Teacher Certification program from The University of Virginia in 2008.

I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. My family moved to Virginia when my father got a job at Radford University. I was in the fourth grade, and I remember how friendly everyone was to us. The fifth grade was my favorite grade in school.

I've lived in Shawsville for 15 years. I love to read, garden, and cook. I've been a beekeeper for three years and find the hobby fascinating.
